Alessandra Puppo is a contemporary Italian artist. Born in Florence in 1936, she became a painter in 1954 and has created numerous naïve art works. Her preferred subjects are landscapes and small villages which she populates with jolly characters. Portofino is her favourite village.

Naïve art is a pleasure for any puzzler. The abundance of details allows our artisans to employ their masterful technical skills, cutting elaborate pieces which highlight every part of the painting. You can be surprised time and again, discovering the different little characters and animals depicted. The water pieces are shaped like waves whilst the sky pieces resemble clouds.
