Hand-cut art wooden jigsaw puzzle of circa 1000 pieces - Made in France and environmentally friendly.

This Gothic altarpiece, on display in the Baroncelli chapel in Florence's Santa Croce basilica, depicts the Coronation of the Virgin Mary. In the center, Christ crowns the Virgin Mary. The side panels show saints accompanied by angel musicians. Attributed to Giotto, or his pupil Taddeo Gaddi, this polyptych is a major work of Florentine art of the 14th century.

Puzzlers may want to start by putting aside the many pieces depicting characters. The subtle details of expressions and clothing will help in identifying where to place all the pieces. The way the puzzle has been cut follows the shape of the altarpiece, for a rendering as close as possible to the original work!
