Dated to the 14th century, this Tibetan mandala represents the palace of Nairatmya, a spiritual female Buddhist figure. The work completed in tempera and ink on fabric is enhanced with gold. It is part of the collection of the Cleveland Museum of Art in the United States. The puzzle cut highlights the complex structure of this mandala particularly rich in details.
