Vincent Van Gogh painted this work also called Thatched Cottages by A Hill in Auvers-sur-Oise, a small village to the north of Paris where he spent the last months of his life in the summer of 1890. The thatched roofs have inspired many artists. Van Gogh painted seventy works in Auvers. To complete this challenge, be guided by the touch of the artist, sinuous for the trees, straighter for the rooftops and the fields.
