Pauline di Valentin is a French artist specializing in ink drawings on paper. Drawing inspiration from cinema and photography, her works depict imaginary architectures in soft colors, opening onto lush gardens. Tartaruga (Italian for turtle) was created for the Ralentir exhibition in 2024, marking the 10th anniversary of the Slow Galerie. As a puzzle, you will appreciate the play of transparency, marbling effects and gradients, which give the scene a dreamlike quality!
